Optional assistant pack
Modular Hexagonal Domain-Driven Design is AI-neutral. You can adopt the full standard with humans only, any editor, and no assistants.
This pack is an optional convenience for teams that choose to use AI coding assistants (any vendor). It does not redefine Core and is not a MUST in Portable requirements.
| Pack version | 1.0.0-draft (matches Core badge when used) |
| Required for architecture? | No |

What’s inside
| File | Purpose |
|---|---|
SKILL.md | Portable rules summary (Core slice) — place in whatever skill/instructions format your tool supports |
RULES.core.md | Short entrypoint text you may merge into project AI rules (any tool) |
CHECKLIST.md | Pre-merge boundary checklist (useful for humans and assistants) |
README.md | Install notes |
Host-specific guidance stays on Adapters — this pack intentionally omits it.
How to use (if you want it)
- Download and extract the ZIP.
- Prefer a host apply playbook — it orders Cursor, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, and generic installs. Layout extras: Using AI assistants.
- Keep adapter-specific host rules separate from Core.
- Prefer this site’s pages as the source of truth when a tool’s local copy drifts.
Design test
If the peer module is deleted and replaced by HTTP, does Application/Domain still compile?
